BLAKLIST wants to open pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander creatives and raise engagement rates in the Australian Industry through recruitment and employment opportunities.
Our programs are open to First Nations fashion creatives based in capital cities who want to gain pathways to the Australian industry and independent fashion brands.
Programs implemented through BLAKLIST:

FIRST NATIONS EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
The program has been designed to work with Australian Fashion companies and organisations to build their Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander engagement rate. BLAKLIST want to target the Gaps in the industry.
BLAKLIST works on recruitment strategy and opening access to employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people . The program is targeted for First Nations creatives and open access inhouse opportunities. Start with basic company induction to understand basics from marketing, logistics and business administration.
FIRST NATIONS INTERN PROGRAM
FIrst Nations Interns will gain a better understanding of how to work with Australian independent brands. It will provide a stepping stone for careers, opening opportunities to gain new fashion networks and gaining 1:1 access to learning in-house.
