Who We Are
BLAKLIST is Australia's leading First Nations talent agency and creative platform, dedicated to discovering, developing, and representing the next generation of Indigenous models, creatives, artists, and storytellers.
Founded on the belief that representation should be authentic, culturally grounded, and career-focused, we work at the intersection of fashion, media, arts, and culture to create meaningful opportunities for First Nations talent and connect industry with exceptional people.
More than an agency, BLAKLIST is a community. We invest in long-term careers through mentorship, professional development, cultural leadership, and industry partnerships that empower talent to thrive on their own terms.
Everything we do is guided by our core values of Culture, Integrity, Excellence, Community, and Care. These values shape the way we work, the relationships we build, and the future we're creating—one where First Nations voices are recognised, celebrated, and leading across Australia's creative industries.
