Congratulate our 2025 participants

BLAKLIST developed an initiative called BLAKLIST Next Gen, a pilot program that was launched in September 2023. A First Nations model pathway program that was designed initially for emerging models based in remote WA + NT communities. Since 2024, the annual program has opened applications to include all national talent. The program continues to open our Expression Of Interest forms annually.

Elaine George and Ben Graetz are BLAKLIST Ambassadors and Program Mentors.

BLAKLIST wants to open career pathways and development opportunities for the next generation of First Nations creatives.

BLAKLIST mentors will offer guidance, empowerment and continuous support to the next generation.

BLAKLIST training and deportment opportunities - we will continue to teach good old fashioned values and work ethics. Specialising on personal branding and working towards basic deportment skills from make-up / hair, presentation, community engagement and social skills.

This program is by INVITATION only.

I was interested in Next Gen program because I wanted to do something different and step out of my comfort zone. When I was told about the stages of the program that it sounded exciting and im always up for something new and adventurous. I thought... if this opportunity can open doors for me and imagine if this could help my community than I was like HELL YEAH I'm in!
